Hey, Reader. Happy April!! I've shared a couple times over this last quarter that I was in hibernation. I wasn't keeping my head down just to pop up with some new...thing. While I did add author to my mix of accomplishments ☺ -- I'm still the self-care & mom-life coach who has a podcast & offers group & one-on-one coaching. Long story short, I am still here to help you reclaim joy in your motherhood experience. That has always been my mission. So, in April (and this 2nd quarter of 2025) - I am focused on doing more of that. While also being present with my husband & daughter, and spending quality time with our loved ones. What about you? How will you reclaim joy this month? I hope you will be intentional about spending time to prioritize your overall wellness. Remember, your self-care routine should prioritize your needs by improving your social, physical, spiritual, emotional & intellectual wellness. Here are a few activities you can do to impact each: Social wellness - have lunch with a friend or plan a game night at home Physical wellness - take a walk around your neighborhood or stretch in the morning Spiritual wellness - spend 5 minutes in prayer or meditation Emotional wellness - write in your journal or seek out a coach or therapist Intellectual wellness - start learning a new craft or return to an activity you used to be passionate about. If you'd like one-on-one support, I have availability this month to support you on your journey. Click here to get started. Have an amazing day!! Tools to help you Reclaim Joy... I appreciate you, Brittany |

You simply need to be present, healthy & happy. Your mental load...
